Good selection of cakes and pies, nice and friendly staff and very good tea.

Very unfriendly waitress who asked me to sit outside with the dog even though I have sat inside with my dog ​​several times. But it was a good thing, because we then went to Dänenkroog across the street, where we were served quickly and in a friendly manner and the ice cream was delicious.

Service absolutely cheeky and super unfriendly. Had to wait at least half an hour before we could even order. No card payment possible. I think this should be posted. As a motorcycle cyclist, you don't necessarily always have cash with you, so we were forced to pay 3 Euro fees for the nearest bank! Cheek! We will never visit again. Ice was really underground for the price-performance ratio.

Disastrous service but delicious cake.

We were there today. Unfortunately, the service was a bit overwhelmed, which seemed unfriendly. We had ordered two spaghetti ice creams, one Neri and one with chocolate sauce. The ice cream was a bottomless cheek in terms of price, very small and watery in taste. We agreed it was one of the worst ice cream we have ever eaten. As a total no go, we felt that the Corona regulations were not adhered to. No guest at the time had to leave the contact details. There was also no way to leave them, it would have been pointless, because no one of what felt like 30 guests had to hand them over. The minimum distance is also not guaranteed and disinfection of the tables is also a nuisance. We will avoid the store in the future for security reasons, but also in terms of price and taste.

Nice location, the entrance is also suitable for wheelchair users. They also have no problem at the tables outside. The menu can also be downloaded to the mobile phone using a QR code. Unfortunately there were not enough wait staff on site, so there were significant waiting times. The pieces of cake are large, but the dough from the apple pie was quite dry. The prices are okay. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the toilet.

My experiences (for ice cream) were rather bad today. At first we were allowed to wait a long time for the menu, then one of three ice cream cups came completely wrong. In terms of taste, the ice cream was okay, but nothing more. We then had to draw attention to ourselves three times to pay - a shame. In addition, the waiter was not particularly friendly, but seemed rather annoyed. We're not coming any more.

There's everything here, except what's on the map. Out of 10 cakes there are 3 ("Aldi cakes") from the menu, you can’t order anything at coffee time and Tiramisu is no longer available at coffee time.

We go to Bad Zwischenahn and the surrounding area for hiking with our dog every few days. Last Monday, July 6th, we returned to Cafe Mare, as is often the case Coffee and cake. The very unfriendly waiter who came to us wanted to take the order and when he saw our dog he raged: 'Oh big dog - get out of here immediately !!' We were very shocked and the guests at the surrounding tables were stunned at the process! Our dog has never done anything to anyone and listens to his word (also dog license) and is 100 times friendlier than this service! This for information to potential visitors there in the cafe - will also send this information to the city administration of Bad Zwischenahn or the spa administration. It's crazy what's going on these days!

Since I didn't want to hastily write a review, I went twice. Having had 2 negative experiences with several people. In my opinion it didn't even deserve 1 star !!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎 When filling out the contact details once we are given only one book and not individual notes to fill out as everywhere. Since everyone touches this notebook, the transfer is very high. On the 2nd visit: This restaurant has no need to make money. The few minutes before 6:00 p.m. you are unlucky and are not served, although some were still sitting at the tables. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with trained personnel, who are operated in the same way and do not just let you sit and wait until you are gone and tidy everything up and do not see you. It would benefit the owners hire a professional with experience and friendliness if you want this business to run longer. At the 1 time the service was very unfriendly and took the order and wanted to go all the time although we did not finish ordering. In addition, we did not want to reorder a lot, unfortunately no one came and no question whether everything fits ?! There are several options on this street for ice cream, cakes and cafes, this is definitely not necessary to go there. Too bad we won't be able to get there!

Great offer, very nice service, attractive atmosphere

Unfortunately, there are no O points, minus not I wanted to drink a coke, my husband nothing. That would be noted with a wheeze and a bad look. The Coke came quickly, but was unfortunately no carbonation. When I approached the waiter in a friendly way the next time he came over, we were told to go somewhere else. The cafe is not recommended at all and so unfriendly service I have never experienced.

After a long bike ride, we settled here on a delicious ice cream. It was a very hot day, but there are plenty of seats despite large crowds, which were served by the service very quickly and friendly. Highly recommended
